Вектор, компонентами которого являются функции. По другому определению: функция, значения которой являются векторами. Такая функция позволяет, в частности, описывать траекторию движения точки в некотором пространстве, что и является причиной ее применения во многих динамических моделях экономики. В.-ф. называется дифференцируемой, непрерывной или кусочно-непрерывной на отрезке [0,T], если все составляющие ее функции xj(t) соответственно дифференцируемы, непрерывны или кусочно-непрерывны на этом отрезке.
